About the Role: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for executing the Bank’s operational strategy. You will drive process optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead digital banking operations. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence to enhance customer experience and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations: Develop and execute the Bank’s operational strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Process Optimization: Lead business process reengineering, digital banking operations, and IT system integration to enhance efficiency and cost management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank operational circulars, KYC/AML/CFT regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Supervision: Supervise branch operations, cash management, clearing, payments, and trade services across the network.
- Risk Management: Implement internal control and compliance functions per BB directives to mitigate operational risks.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience through process automation and significant TAT (Turnaround Time) reduction.
Required Qualifications
