About the Role: The Security Analyst will sit within the Risk, Governance & Compliance unit. You will be responsible for assessing and governing risks across the bank’s digital environment. The role requires ensuring end-to-end compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, PCI DSS, and SWIFT security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Management: Conduct ICT risk assessments, recommend adequate IT security controls, and maintain the IT risk register.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, PCI DSS, ISO standards, and SWIFT security requirements.
- Governance: Develop, review, and improve IT processes, policies, and governance documents in line with COBIT and ISO frameworks.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Perform periodic vulnerability assessments (VAPT) on systems, networks, and applications; track remediation actions.
- Access Control: Manage and periodically review user access controls across systems and applications (provisioning, review, and revocation).
- System Hardening: Create and maintain SOPs, security baselines, and system hardening guidelines; monitor hardening issues.
- Incident Support: Support incident/risk situations with strong analytical judgment under high-pressure environments.
Required Qualifications
