About the Role: The Chief HR Officer (CHRO) will act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director & CEO and the Board. You will be responsible for orchestrating the bank’s human capital strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving digital HR transformation across 136 branches and 67 sub-branches.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the Bank’s corporate vision and regulatory framework. Act as a strategic advisor on workforce optimization and organizational development.

Talent & Performance: Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development. Lead performance management systems and incentive schemes to drive productivity.

Policy & Compliance: Formulate HR policies, service rules, and compensation structures in strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and Labor Laws.

Required Qualifications
