Key Responsibilities: Assessor (Clinical)
The Assessor plays a pivotal role in the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) unit. Key responsibilities include:

Observation & Evaluation: Conduct real-time monitoring in clinical areas to observe how training is translated into practice. Document strengths, gaps, and trends influencing quality of care.

Data Analysis: Use structured tools to collect data on clinical training activities and staff performance. Analyze this data to measure training outcomes and organizational impact.

Training Improvement: Review training modules and content regularly. Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve training design and delivery.

Accountability: Ensure trainers are accountable by sharing feedback and tracking action points. Support the development of new training modules.

Reporting: Prepare structured reports using MS Excel and Word to present findings to the management.
Required Qualifications
