Field Officer Key Responsibilities
As a Field Officer, your primary goal is to drive sales and maintain distributor relationships. Your daily tasks will include:
- Sales Target: Ensure secondary sales orders based on monthly targets for specific products.
- Market Coverage: Ensure 100% coverage of all retail outlets in your assigned area.
- Collection Monitoring: Monitor whether the distributor is providing payments/collections on time and recover previous dues.
- System Update: Update distributor stock, retailer information, and sales data in the company’s internal “BizMotion System”.
- Retailer Management: Create new retailers and ensure accurate entry of retail sales (Party to Party) in the system.
- Promotional Activities: Execute company-declared offers and promotional campaigns in the market to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Resolve compliance issues related to stock or credit and report to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) or DSM.
