Key Responsibilities: Service Expert

The Service Expert will ensure customer satisfaction through prompt repair and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

• Installation & Maintenance: Conduct professional installation and routine maintenance functions of Refrigerators and Freezers.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately. Identify problems and provide proper solutions to customers.
• Repairs: Clean, adjust, and repair systems. Perform warranty services and emergency repairs efficiently.
• Documentation: Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Maintain spare parts transactions from the store.
• Compliance: Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
